A murderess Kelly Cochran feared to have killed up to nine people may have ground one of her victim’s remains into a hamburger and served it to family at a barbeque.
Kelly Cochran’s neighbors fear she served up Christopher Regan, 53, after killing him in October 2014, and remember her serving ‘strange tasting’ burgers at a neighborhood party.
According to MLive 34 year-old Cochran’s brother Colton Caboyan believes she is a serial killer who murdered more victims than the two men she was convicted of killing, with family members believing she may have slaughtered up to nine victims.
The gory theories are shared in a new Discovery series, Dead North, which reinvestigates the slayings.
Regan was shot in the head by Cochran’s husband Jason after catching the couple having sex at their home in Iron River, Mi. The couple then proceeded to dismember their victim and dump him in bags.
Cops discovered some parts of his body afterwards, including his skull and teeth. Kelly Cochran then went on to kill Jason in February 2016 after deliberately injecting him with a lethal dose of heroin.
Afterwards, she told police that she had done it to avenge Regan’s death, calling her murdered ex-lover ‘the only good thing I had in my life.’ According to the Chicago Tribune, she added: ‘I still hate him (her husband), and yes, it was revenge. I evened the score.’ She was sentenced to 65 years in prison for her husband’s murder in May, on top of an existing life sentence for killing Regan.
